The basis of the Europos Parkas exposition is the forest floor, which is green in summer, colorful in autumn, and white in winter, framed only by the rustling trees and sky, complemented by the sounds of nature.
The museum's sustainable ideology has allowed not only to preserve almost untouched nature, but also to create a space where everyone feels good to be. Where one not only enjoys the aesthetics of contemporary sculpture and the ideas expressed in art, but also recovers, body and spirit. Active walking, breathing fresh air, being surrounded by nature have a strong positive effect on both physical and mental health. The museum's spaces are not cluttered with concrete shackles, so visitors to Europos Parkas, who want to see more, should think about footwear designed for walking on natural forest paths.
Visitors to Europos Parkas witness a unique dialogue between art and nature
Europos Parkas is a romantic artistic landscape, full of mystery and the joy of discovery. Among the sculptures created by artists from various countries of the world are the works of the most famous contemporary artists M. Abakanowicz, D. Opennheim, S. LeWitt, B. Peper.
The aspiration from the very beginning was to harmoniously integrate the works of the most famous artists so that they become a part of nature. Thanks to the sculptor Gintaras Karosas, the founder of the museum, the artistic landscape of Europos Parkas has become a separate great work. Unique, created by preserving intact nature, discovering ways in which the works of art "inhabited" in it can best reveal themselves, naturally interspersing the environment of forests, water bodies, and rolling hills. Through the harmony of natural nature and contemporary art, something special has been created.
The 55-hectare open-air museum space has long been known as an exceptional oasis of art and nature. Located near Vilnius, Europos Parks is becoming like a mini-world based on the principles of coherence, harmony, and sustainability.
A walk in the fresh air will help you regain your strength, and the works of art and creative atmosphere will inspire you, allow you to clear your thoughts and dream.
